ran without socks at 200 miles and got severe blisters. had to bandage and tape feet significantly for the next week (50+ miles) and there was a fair amount of pain. feel like I must have altered my stride to lessen the pain. and ran on the outside of the left heel more than usual wearing away the sole. feel like the 2120s have not worn as well as other GTs.
UPDATE: Put sheet metal screws into the sole of these shoes for use on icy and snowy conditions. Mileage at time of screw addition was 251.5 so all miles on or after 12/20/2008 are on the studded snow tire shoes
