legs felt good going out. no idea i was moving at that pace though, just felt smooth and comfortable. i knew HR was up based on watch, but i figured it had to do with not being completely recovered, guess it was because i was going a little fast. started to get a little tenderness returning at 9 miles, but i figured it would be a good time to get used to the pain. that is what i remember after cresting heartbreak last year and heading down into Boston, chances are that it will be painful again and i need to be well aquainted with the feeling in order to work through it...overall a great run, and things are right on track, knock on wood...
