first run of 2009, felt good. back on the watch! excited to be back, needed a little something to push me leading up to the races this spring. no more coasting around. need to work on getting the heart rate up a bit more, anything this low is just telling me that I am not working hard enough. Max HR was just after starting as the body was just getting adjusted after that it was relatively stable for most of the run.
