Rode with Stacey and the Hollyloft group ride in Lakewood. rained most of ride but that was OK. as I turned into the parking lot at the end of the ride and hit the blacktop with the sealer on it it was like glass and my tires slipped out from under me and i went down on my left side hard on the pavement. following a quick stop at Johnny's lunch for 6 dogs with everything spent the next 2 hours at the Emergency room getting X-rayed. badly bruised ribs and possibly one cracked (x-ray inconclusive) got a prescription for Vicodin and went home. Hurts incredibly to breath.
