felt better than yesterday. still hot though. you will never hear me complain about the temperature in the wintertime. its easy to dress up for the cold. but you cant wear anything less than what I wore out today (runnning shorts / no top) and I was still steaming. gonna have to start putting water out on the course for the hot runs.
