long!!! can't remember the last time i ran that far. it hasn't been since at least may maybe april. last 5.6 mile loop was rough. could tell that the stride was coming apart a little. once i made the turn off the end of creek rd on that loop I knew that I would make it. When i got to the last 1.5 mile I was thinking that a mile and a half was a pleasure cruise, or at least it should be, but my legs kept reminding me that they had already done an 18 mile "pleasure cruise"
