Great run! Feeeling better everyday. Fastest run on this route yet. First10.5 - 1:16:31(7:18/mile) last 4 - 29:00(7:15/mile) really strong at the end. Wore tight shorts and singlet with arm warmers and gloves to make sure all will be well for the race. plenty warm enough (however I am shivering now that I am in the house and sitting in the heat) - focus now on a real serious easy week leading up to the race. Goals Philly marathon sub.3:00 followed by Run for Diamonds sub 1:00 / Right now I feel better than last year heading into the two races so we will see. Definately more prepared than I was for Steamtown.
