was feeling really good through the first 14 but after I passed the house for the final loop it was not much fun for the rest of the run. its been a couple of months since i put in a run of this distance, so I need to get the body used to the overmilage. have gotten so used to doing the 10 - 15 milers that beyond that is less charted waters at the moment. overall though a good run for this point in my spring preperation. feel like i could run the 3:30 marathon atthis point if i needed to.
