implemented ultra pacing plan - 15 min. run / 10 min. walk / rpt...
2 powerbars, 1 gel, 4 poptarts, 1slice pizza, one container of Parmesan pasta
powerbars, and poptarts were good, pizza was ok, pasta not so good.
need to get some protien in.
good to have Stacey pacing on the bike with all the supplies, was able to get to everything when walking.
