used the new garmin for the first time today. awesome. still not using it or any other watch for runs until the end of the year. matched my pre-measured points almost exactly so it gives me the comfort of trusting it for regular runs into the unknown in the future. will use it for walks for the rest of the year for 2 reasons 1) to build confidence in its accuracy and 2) to keep me moving a little better pace on the walks so I am not just lollygagging.
