nothing comfortable or enjoyable about this mornings run. wasn't planning on doing the longer part of todays miles in the morning, but the kids had a 2 hour delay so rather than wasting the time i did the 7 miles this morning and plan on a short run this evening. roads were fair considering the wintry mix that fell overnight. legs were tired and just slogged along. at turnaroun it began to rain at a fair rate so i was pretty wet before long and ran all the way home in the rain. hopefully i will feel better this evening. at least it will only be short, then i get to walk tomorrow. let's hope this gets the weeks bad run out of the system and fridays longer run will feel good.
