lungs felt the impact of the layoff for the first few miles then settled in a little. leg hurt a little from the star and started to get worse around 5 miles. hopefully it gets better. No stopping now till either it snaps or i finish Boston, I will consider a doctor after that. from now till then it will be as much about learning to ignore the pain as it is to get fit.
