Slight tenderness in L-achilles at start and got better as I ran. took it easy. Switched back to Cumulus again, 2110s were wore out, that might have something to do with pain. have both insoles in this time, when I was running in cumulus over the summer I had the right insole out due to residual foot pain from spring foot injury - feet felt good today, hopefully everything continues to improve. Ice and ibuprophen on achilles after run.
