great run - sub marathon pace- ready to go. splits 1/7:00, 2/6:40, 3/6:54, 4/6:26, 5/6:07. Felt like I was barely working. The hay is in the barn, I have done all the right training and I am ready to race. Coast on in to Sunday, focus on mental game, positive thinking, visualizations, stick to pace plan, don't make stupid mistakes.
