Ran with Michael Paezler and Miriam Schmidt. First 7 3/4 miles slower then just me and Mike for rest of run at a faster pace. Had to crap for last 4 miles. that is no fun in the city. no where to pull off for a pitstop. really easy day. good, should have a good 20 miler on friday.
