took about 2 miles to get feet and lower legs warmed up. they felt sore and stiff at the beginning but after pushing through they loosened up and felt pretty good. stopped at the house for a few seconds to check ono the kids at 7 miles then finished up. beat the sun, it came out as soon as I finished.
