legs and body felt pretty good all day, but didn't feel as fresh as I thought on the run. Must be having some difficulty with oxygen exchange with the chest cold, but what are ya going to do. Thats why they call it a chest cold and not a leg cold, keep on going out and getting the job done - no room for excuses.
could have dressed a little warmer, with the wind off the lake it wasn't as warm feeling as the low 40s should have felt. (shorts, a light compression top, and light jacket)
