What a beautiful day for a run. Sun was out, clear, crisp, fresh air. Legs felt pretty good, took it easy.
Ran negative splits - out in 27:34 / back in 27:02 - 9 sec/mile faster coming home.
Pretty much recovered from Marathon ready to look to Disney.
