ran with Bob Stover, director of Bear Creek Camp. He asked to join me for a run after our morning meeting so I ran with him around the lake. very relaxed and easy pace. talked the whole way. for him it was a bit brisk so I had to be careful not to punish him. Bob is also running his first marathon at Virginia Beach so I want to encourage him.
