Last run of 2007, felt great, new shoes felt really good. Ran with Rob, he hung with me for the first 9 miles then slowly dropped back, he cut about a half mile off of his run at the far turn around and stilll finished 2 min behind me. First 10.5/1:17:30=7:23/mi, last 4/30:13=7:34/mi
