first 10.5mi/1:18:55=7:31/mi, next 4mi/31:26=7:52/mi, last 5.6mi/44:04=7:53/mi.
Every long run is a test of the will - today I passed. Was able to get in a zone and put the pain in a box in my mind and put it away. Concentrated on keeping focus elsewhere. last 5.6 miles were the most pain free. lots of hills on that last loop, but at around the 16.5 mile mark I found some fire deep in my belly and was able to push it around.
