Notes
first 10.5 1:19:27=7:34/mi,final 4 30:21=7:38/mi, nice even pace. Went out to see how things felt. Planned on 10.5 but was feeling strong and comfortable so I decided to tack the extra 4 on. Had to work a little harder over the final 4. glad it was overcast, kept things cool. Should be able to resume normal training. Picking up bike from the shop this afternoon - need to start getting some bike miles in for the summer tri season. Next up Valley great 8, Buffalo 1/2 marathon, Black Bear 1/2 Iron Tri.
