shoulder and right arm are extremely sore right now. during the run was the only time all day that it didn't hurt. two miles from the finish I began to think that i might just go farther because it was the only way that i could keep the arm from hurting, but decided against it. run felt really comfortable, smooth, and fast. a little cool this evening.
