Measured course. I ran the first mile in 6:48, and I hit 2 miles under 14:00, but then I ran into some of my high school classmates playing frisbee, and I played frisbee for around 1:30. It was very fast intense, bursts of running. I'm going to count it as about a mile all told over the course of 1:30.
