Decided not to run, I did a lot of drills and lifted yesterday, so I decided to take an off day from trying to run. Basically, my upper calf is getting better, but I'm still a bit concerned because pain seems centered in my bicep femoris hamstring tendon when I run, even though it doesn't hurt when I contract it. Also, to get any pain from it I have to feel around, and I can find a point tender spot, but I don't know if its messed up (I hope not!) or if I'm making the surrounding tissue sore by poking at it.
Will do a workout in some form tomorrow.
