Notes

Trying to do a normal run really did a number on my knee. I think I just pushed too hard on the Thursday hill workout 10 days earlier. I started feeling around my knee. I think I found a new trigger point. This is good. But the long muscle in the middle of my left quad has atrophied again, and I have movie goer's sign, so I need to keep off. I am beginning a rehab protocol. I expect that it will finally balance me out.
