I was shoorting for 1:16, but I think I discovered another gear. 1:11 was not very difficult. Instead of thinking of time, I was thinking of keeping good form. I was tired after number 10, and I took an extra miniute to recover before the last one.
I usually do active recovery on this type of workout, but I don't feel like I'd be ready immediately following a recovery lap. Great workout overall.
