Notes

Easier than I thought, which is good for Friday. I am troubled by the fact that my knee felt a bit stiff on numbers 12, 13, and 14 but it was nothing to stop the workout about, and writing this entry retroactively, it does not seem to have brought any harm. I think I'm probably going to build up the cross training to about 45 maroon miles by the time winter comes (next week will be 21) and build mileage to about 60 before I go on break (50 next week).
