Yay!

Well, I felt pretty banged up actually. At 8:00 in pain began in the side of my calf (?), if it had been my It band, I'd have quit immediately, but it was clearly in the calf.

IT band never began hurting, although about when i quite I had an odd feeling in the side of that quad, but I suspect that its a bruise from rolling out very aggressively every since my friday run failed.

I'll try to run on thursday. Also I didn't plan today well. I didn't think I was going to get a full 4 miles in, and I eneded up ellipticaling for 1:05, so this was basically a long run and a workout.
