This workout didn't even feel real. It was like a dream. It was like a copy.
We all went fast, but I was probably around true mile pace, so its alright. Everyone was feeling great, but I nicked my knee.
As an experiment I drank a glass of milk 1 hour before the workout. I didn't even notice. I will begin doing this in the future as it is supposed to vastly improve recovery ability and workout performance to have some carbs and protein in your system...
