Run Results:

Awesome form, loose and quiet. Ended up going 2 miles instead of one because it just felt so right. Good foot movement beyond just straight. Did drag my toes at the end twice. But just wasn't paying attention and tired.

no blisters, no bruises, no impact soreness.
