pretty good, taking another 1 day off then doing 2 again. My vibrams felt kinda chaffy, ended up running about .6 in vibrams the rest barefoot. very Good barefoot results even dealing with the dustry virbam hotspots. New land position is very low impact. I'm love'n it! (advertising for mcdonalds not so much)
