Notes

Ran a track workout w/ the Bremen team. Took it real easy until the last 4 (ran between 84-87). The last 4 i just wanted to open up and see what i could do. Got progressively faster on each, finishing at 65. 200 recoveries, 1 mile warm up, 1 mile warm down for a total of 6.5 miles.
