Notes
Wow, I didn't realize I was that fast. I was just trying to keep it under 10:00/mile. My first and last miles must have been faster because I'm pretty sure I had some 9:30-9:45 miles in there.
After a few intense runs over the past 4-5 days I thought it was time to run a nice easy longer run. Didn't count on it being so HOT out. I got to mile 3 and turned around and thought, "I just want to be done." Haven't felt like that since doing some marathon training when I'd do 15-20 miles and no matter how early you started it was hot and humid at the end.
Very surprised by the 9:18 pace. I was figuring it to be more like 9:45-9:50. I worked hard at the end. Need to take water on the next one of those hot/humid runs.
