Notes
Good easy pace. 10:00 to start and basically 9:30 for the next 3 miles. I didn't even look at my watch the last 1/2 mile marker.
Not much to add. A bit tired from moving Tiffany and a late night and long drive. I have an idea of a measuring tool I'm going to put together over the next few days labeling runs very slow, slow, med slow, med, med fast, fast, and very fast. I think it will be challenging to put together, but gives me a few more options when I run intervals or even 'easy' days.
