Cut this long run short due to lightning and a storm. Really took it easy today and my legs responded with a big thank you. A long day on Saturday with a 2:30am arrival at home.
Long day today with baseball games in Burlington. Tomorrow, may take it easy w/ just a few miles and circuit.
