Not sure what happened on the 3:27. Almost like I fell asleep running or something. 3:13 was my goal as was the 1:36-1:37. I just misjudged the 1:42. Didn't run hard enough.
Warm-up and cool down and one jogged 800 in there for a total of 2.5 easy miles on top of the 2.25. All adds up. Felt like an easy workout.
Ready for Osky on Saturday. Wed will either be a cardio day w/ p90x or an easy 4 miles. 3 miles on Thursday...Friday walk 2. Ready to go on Saturday morning.
