A little heavy on the weight, but a lot of eating the past two days, so not surprising.

Today's goal 80 minutes between 8:00-8:30. Had no idea I was going to be so close to 8:00 the entire time. Almost an easy run, but definitely too fast to be easy and really not short enough to be a tempo.

Quads are feeling it a lot more when I roll out than they have in the past. Might be something to this stride under the hip thing I've been working on and the breathing. It just won't go away...I'm watching the 3:45 group pass me up at Grandma's and I run with them for a while and the pacer says "breathe like a baby breathes...this will help with cramping" Wish I could remember the technique exactly, but I think it has something to do with pushing that stomach out like a musician does instead of shallow breathing.

BIG NEWS: 3 cents this morning right by the bank like I always dreamed it would be, except I always envision a $100 bill.

Did not have it on Avg pace the entire time, just overall time and immediate pace. I really thought I had more than 2 sub 8s, but I guess not. Nice to put in a 10 miler during the week.
