21 vehicles this morning. Yes, the Garmin Forerunner 205 keeps track of my pace, my distance and many other details of my running so I can focus on more important things with my morning runs like "how many vehicles did I have to deal with" and "what are the Johnson's doing up at this hour?"

Fun run this morning. A day off yesterday (P90x back/biceps + abripperX). I'm about 20 mason twists away from doing the entire ab ripper X workout. I do the extra 20, but it takes me a few rests before the end. It's killer.

So, this morning, the goal was to go out, feel a pace and stick with it. My first reading was between 9:09 and 9:11, so I worked at hitting around 9:00. Got a little under that, but mainly because I threw a strider in each mile.

Each strider was a little faster...all .10 mile and around 7:30, 7:10, 6:43, 6:35, 6:15 for my top speed each strider. I would just pick a time after the .5 mark on each mile and go when the hundredth digit changed.

Mile splits: 9:05, 8:57, 8:49, 8:41, 8:38
