Nice initial run on the Wave inspire 8's. Still a little pissed about buying these thinking they were the wave inspire 9's , but after close examination, I'm not seeing much difference. They are still a great light-weight stability racer.
Traffic jam with 2 sets of walkers on either side of the street as I passed through both couples this morning. Rodney on the way back into town makes 5. Good to see so many people out and about.
Miles came easy today. Starting to see benefits in running longer runs slower.
Tapering the next few weeks looks good. Nothing too demanding, but not letting up either. Weight is exactly where I was hoping to be and I still feel strong and energetic.
