Notes

Heartbeat Hill x 10 at between 8-9:00 pace. Wanted to get some hill work in before DSM. 3 hills to climb during the race, thought it would be a good idea to do.

8:44/8:26/8:18/8:17 final .2 @ 8:29 pace.

Feel fine. Notice the HS and notice the hip, but no significant pain. 26.2 might be different, but will take it easy the next few days. This was a great workout today.

Chicago 2009 was 4:53:44 3:53 seems very doable, but I'm still going for a 3:45 (8:35 pace will get me there) and faster would be nice too, but the way the past few weeks went...avoiding the dreaded DNF will be a big goal, too. My body seems to be on the edge of this. The rest will do a lot of good.
