OK. How do you look at this? I didn't by any means go out too fast, although I had 2 watches running and neither one was accurate. Garmin was making me too fast and fit bit too slow...I averaged them out and believe this is in the ballpark.

8:30 was the goal pace and I really only hit it 1 time, but I was there 5 out of 10 miles. I'm heavy. a good 20 lbs heavy and that is a big piece of the puzzle right now. I think as long as I can stay injury free and lose weight as I pick up miles, by the time the Marathon comes around I might just be there.

I am slowing down, there is no doubt, but why? Need to eat healthier, lose more weight, get more sleep.
