.15 hill up and down for 2 miles.
7 hills and 7 .15 downhills.
Everything felt fine and strong. Believing in the extra miles will make me stronger. Just have to be careful.
So I still have the same basic schedule, but instead of doing a 4-6 mile easy run, I go 8-10. Instead of a 40 min run, I may do a 70-90 min run. Doing intervals on the track w/ a mile warm up, do 2 miles before and 2 miles after.
Still feel as though my easy tempo is closer to 8:20-8:30 than 7:50. We'll see how it goes the next month.
