NMTC -Chester Bowl
Practiced nose breathing the first half of the race, running moderate effort. Then started going uphill, pushed a bit harder as I was passing people. Felt good, finished ahead of a few people that I never beat, so either they didn't race or the course beat them up.
As I write this on THursday, left big toe is kinda sore, legs a bit sore. I'm going to eat, foam roll, ice, walk, stretch a little, and recover for Saturday.
