Last Runner Standing:
Ran loops pretty consistent at 51-52 minutes, some around 45-48. Ate Fig Newtons, various chips (Fritos were best?), Pop-Tarts, Pepsi during mid-late loops. Focused on drinking 25-30oz per loop.
Got in 12 loops/50 miles. Last loop, running the flats was almost impossible, hiking and the SHT was ok.
I sweated A LOT and peed every hour. Sweat: I know I'm a heavy sweater, but was it in part due to drinking too much? Pee: I know this was due to drinking "too much" but is it a bad thing to have to pee a lot during a long event? Could probably scale back fluids.
