felt kinda blah today, maybe becuse of the 3 hours of sleep on thursday night (the night of which i would feel the sleep or lack therof effects) the fact that i'm getting a cold AGAIN or that i got up at 6 am on friday and 5 this morning. running barefoot on rocky ground didn't help either. i'll do whatever i can on sunday, would need to do about 18 miles to sty on weekly milege goal, so we'll wait and see...
