Q2 - 2mi easy, 3mi T pace, 1mi easy
*3mi warmup, 3mi easy after with a fast finish.. but I could not knock out that third T pace mile. took a rest quarter and tried again but only got another quarter out of it. either I'm still beat up from the long run or those treadmills are goofy. every run I do on the treadmill feels harder than a normal run at that given pace
