Time trial in the mud instead of easy run. Muddiest run to date. This included a short warmup and the trial was 22:12 for 5k or 7:10 pace. Much worse than I had hoped but it was an honest effort, at the limit of my leg strength and a little less so w/ cardio. I may still make it under 20 at the race, but this, while no real indicator, is certainly not encouraging.
