200/400/600/800/600/400/200 @ rep w/400 recoveries on all but the 200 + 1/2mi warmup and cooldown

This was a great test because thus far I've been able to hold 80 second quarters in the workouts, 4 seconds faster than where the pace chart puts me, and I just wasn't able to hold pace for the 800(off by 6 seconds) and the second 600 (off by 3 seconds). And although I got it back as I made my way down the ladder and finished with a 39 second 200, I definitely should have been running 82s at least (still 2s off the pace chart recommended 84s)
