Adjusted, as always, for having forgotten to stop the watch at the end. Splits not as good as this morning, and I tried to adjust down several times during the first mile and couldn't quite get there. And my right shoe untied about a quarter mile in - I ran the whole race that way, kicked to beat Allison Carr in the final straight and come in 4th overall, my second best placement to date and best in a road race!
